A rental application is the request to lease a home. You fill out a form, share documents and pay a fee. The property then reviews you in screening.
What it costs at Centro
Centro lists a $50 application fee. It is non-refundable. Centro also lists an administrative fee that is returned if you are denied. Deposits start at $500.
Fees are estimates and actual amounts may vary. Pricing and availability are subject to change.
How to apply
Centro takes applications online through its leasing portal. Before you pay, check three things:
- The current price of the floor plan you want.
- The move-in date you need.
- Centro’s screening criteria, which the leasing office can explain.
Centro honors rent quotes for 2 business days and holds a unit for up to 14 days. See rent quote and unit hold.
