- Monthly rent and the lease term.
- Any move-in special and its dates.
- One-time charges, such as deposits and fees.
- Monthly extras, such as pet rent.

At Centro, published prices run $729 to $1,114 for the 1st floor studio and $699 to $1,099 for the 2nd floor studio, as listed on 2026-11-02. Those are listings, not quotes. Only the office can quote your exact home.
