Total monthly price is what you actually pay each month. It starts with base rent and adds every monthly charge your lease requires. A portal’s “starting at” number is often just the lowest base rent.
Charges that can sit on top of rent include pet rent, parking, trash or pest fees, and utility charges. Which ones apply depends on the property.
Example at Centro with one pet. Homes start at $699, and pet rent is $25 a month per pet. So one pet brings the monthly price to $724. Two pets bring it to $749.

Centro has not published other required monthly charges. Ask the leasing office for a written rent quote that lists every monthly charge.
Do not mix this up with net effective rent, which averages out free weeks. Total monthly price is the bill you pay.
