Are pets allowed at Centro?
Yes. Up to 2 pets per home. Each pet has a $150 deposit, a $250 one-time fee and $25 a month in pet rent. No weight limit. Breed restrictions do apply. There is a dog park on site.
Is there laundry?
Yes. Centro has a 24-hour laundry facility on site with washers, dryers and a folding table.
Is parking available?
Reserved parking is available. Ask the leasing office about the cost and how spaces are assigned.
Is internet included?
Centro lists a cable and internet package. Ask the leasing office what it includes and what it costs.
