How much is the deposit at Centro?
Studio deposits start at $500. The exact amount for your studio comes with your quote. Pets add a $150 deposit each.
Is the application fee refundable?
No. The $50 application fee is non-refundable. The administrative fee is returned if your application is denied.
How long is my rent quote good for?
Centro honors a rent quote for 2 business days.
How long can a studio be held?
A unit can be held for a maximum of 14 days. Ask the office what starts the hold.
