A move-in special is a limited-time deal that lowers what you pay when you sign. The most common types are weeks of free rent, a reduced deposit, or a waived fee.
Specials have rules. Many apply only to certain floor plans, certain move-in dates or certain lease lengths. They can end without notice. Always ask for the offer in writing, with the exact dates it covers.

At Centro, the current offer reads: homes starting at $699 plus up to 8 weeks free on select floor plans. Offers vary by floor plan. That means “up to 8 weeks” is the most you could get, not a promise for every home. Ask the office which plan and which lease get the full offer.
