Square footage

Square footage is the floor area of a home, measured in square feet. Centro does not publish it, so ask the leasing office.

Square footage tells you how much floor space a home has. A bigger number means more room for furniture, but layout matters as much as size. A well-shaped 400 square foot room can feel larger than an awkward 450 square foot one.

Listings measure space in different ways. Some count only the living area. Others include closets or wall thickness. When you compare two studios, ask each office how it measured.

What to do with the number:

  1. Write down the square footage for each studio you tour.
  2. Measure your largest furniture pieces before you visit.
  3. Sketch where the bed, couch and desk would go.

Centro Studio Homes does not publish the square footage of its studios on the property site or its RentCafe listing. We will not guess. Ask the leasing office for the size of each floor plan before you tour, and bring a tape measure.

See the layouts Centro lists on the floor plans page. Prices there are as listed on 2026-11-02 and change daily.
