A floor plan is a scaled drawing of a home from above. It shows where walls, doors, windows, the kitchen and the bathroom sit. It helps you picture furniture before you visit.
Floor plan names also link to price. Two studios in the same building can have different plans, different rents and different move-in offers. That is why one listing can say “starting at” and another home costs more.
When you read a floor plan, check:
- Where the entry door and the bathroom door open.
- How much wall space is free for a bed and a couch.
- Where the kitchen counter ends and the living area starts.
Centro Studio Homes lists two floor plans. The 1st floor studio is listed at $729 to $1,114 a month. The 2nd floor studio is listed at $699 to $1,099 a month. Both are listed as of 2026-11-02, and prices change daily, so check current pricing. Both plans have one bathroom.
Move-in offers also vary by floor plan, so ask the office which plans a special covers.
