A furnished apartment comes with the main furniture already in place. That often includes a bed, a couch and a table. Some also include dishes and linens, but not all do.
Furnished homes cost more each month than unfurnished ones. In exchange, you skip buying and moving furniture. That helps on a short stay.
Ask what is in the furniture list. Do not assume. Items vary from one property to the next.
Centro Studio Homes lists Furnished Short Term Rentals at $1,954 per month and says to contact the office for availability. Centro has not published what furniture is included, so confirm it. Centro studio homes start at $699 a month, and prices change daily.
Questions to ask the office:
- Which items come with the home?
- Is the price the same for all stay lengths?
- Are the deposit and fees different?
