A cowork space is a shared room with tables or desks, outlets and often Wi-Fi. Residents use it when they want a work area outside their home.
Why it matters in a studio
A studio holds living, sleeping and kitchen space in one room. A shared work room gives you a second place to focus. See the studio apartment entry.
