# Rent quote

A rent quote is a written price offer for a home. Centro honors a quote for 2 business days.

A rent quote is the price the office offers you for a specific home, lease term and move-in date. It should list the monthly rent and any move-in offer. Ask for it in writing.

Quotes expire because prices change. Centro Studio Homes honors a quote for 2 business days. If you wait longer, the price may change.

A good quote lists:

1.  The home and floor plan.
2.  Monthly rent and the lease term.
3.  Any move-in special and its dates.
4.  One-time charges, such as deposits and fees.
5.  Monthly extras, such as pet rent.

At Centro, published prices run $729 to $1,114 for the 1st floor studio and $699 to $1,099 for the 2nd floor studio, as listed on 2026-11-02. Those are listings, not quotes. Only the office can quote your exact home.
