# Cowork space

A shared work room in an apartment community. Residents use it to work or study outside their home.

A cowork space is a shared room with tables or desks, outlets and often Wi-Fi. Residents use it when they want a work area outside their home.

## Why it matters in a studio

A studio holds living, sleeping and kitchen space in one room. A shared work room gives you a second place to focus. See the [studio apartment](https://centro.multisites.ai/glossary/studio-apartment) entry.

## How it shows up at Centro

Centro lists a “CoWork space” among its community amenities. It also lists a cable and internet package. Centro has not published the room’s hours, seating or Wi-Fi details, or internet speeds.
